The Beastwoman Says She Can Farm

People who don't wear clothes are usually considered indecent, at least under favorable circumstances.

In reality, most people would call the police or post them online with tags like "bizarre" and "absurd."

But Xian Li, faced with this situation, could only cover her eyes helplessly.

There were so many handsome men and beautiful women before her!

If they weren't half-naked, with little leather skirts barely covering them, she might have stared without blinking.

Looking up, she saw beastfolk with fluffy, springy ears, swishing their long, slender furred tails.

Looking down, she saw an unknown meat soup bubbling with blood.

Before long, they had comfortable clothes, houses that didn't leak when it rained, and cozy beds...

And something seemed to be changing in their tribe, too.

The tribe grew larger and prettier, and gained more members. Even other clans came to join them.

And Xian Li, a female beastfolk, gradually became the undisputed leader of the lion tribe.

Faced with questions from other tribes:

"Can a female beastfolk really be your leader?"

Xian Li: "I can."

Her people: "She can!"

Tigers were the lions' least favorite, so after Da Hu was driven out of his tribe by his stepfather and collapsed, badly wounded, outside the lion tribe, he had no hope left.

It didn't matter if he died. He had no future anymore.

But then...

"He's a tiger. Once grown, he'll be bigger than us and have an explosive strength. We're short-handed, so of course we can't pass up this chance. I mean, we have to take him in."

And so he was brought back and became labor for the lion tribe.

Da Hu was usually a man of few words. He was grateful to the lion tribe, and to the female beastfolk who had spoken up for him.

She treated him well.

She fed him:

Xian Li gave him the leftovers and scraps she couldn't finish.

She treated his injuries:

Xian Li was trying out all kinds of strange herbs, and figured she might as well test them on him.

She even kept him company because she was worried about him:

Winter was cold. Even in her lion form, Xian Li felt chilly, so she lay down comfortably on the tiger's cushion.

It was warm, with its own built-in heat source.

In short, Da Hu fell deeply in love with this beastfolk who seemed like a god.

His tiger genes gradually kicked in, making him the tallest and strongest beastfolk in the lion tribe, even rivaling the leader of the tiger tribe.

"I can be your slave," he couldn't help saying as he bowed to Xian Li.

"But we don't need slaves here."

Xian Li refused.

She didn't need a slave, but a good weapon to charge into battle with, one that could help her turn her tribe into a nation.

Seeing Da Hu's eyes darken, she spoke as if granting him a favor.

"But you can be my warrior. Will you?"

Da Hu made an eternal vow.

"By the gods above, in life I am your blade and axe, and in death I will guard your neck!"

1. The early story focuses on farming, then trade, and finally a little bit of conquest through force.

2. The male lead is Da Hu, a loyal, rugged man. He's quiet around others, but gentle and considerate toward the protagonist. (He appears around Chapter Ten.)
