After the Pretentious Vampire Marks the Universally Hated Top Alpha

Vampire (pretending to be a beta) top × alpha bottom, main pairing, one-on-one (The top has a crowd-pleaser aura, but everyone else has one-sided feelings for him. He only returns the bottom’s feelings.) A crowd-pleaser vampire top who seems gentle but is secretly scheming × an Alpha bottom who seems gloomy and cold but is actually tongue-tied, prone to overthinking, and disliked by everyone Blurb Bo Tang is a vampire, a diligent, law-abiding vampire who considers himself quite gentle and decent. In Earth year 2025, he had everything arranged and entered the century-long slumber he took once every hundred years. He never imagined that after waking up, he would transmigrate from a vampire who made his living by biting people’s necks into an ABO society where even looking at someone’s neck could be considered sexual harassment. The fortune he had amassed over several centuries was gone. Overnight, Bo Tang went from a wealthy man to an undocumented person in need of welfare assistance. Fortunately, he soon managed to shed his undocumented status and even got the chance to go back to university. But before he could enjoy it for long, he was assigned a roommate: an Alpha said to be an especially vicious lunatic. His roommate, a lunatic who regularly made the headlines, was gloomy and cold. He left early and returned late every day, apparently engaged in some shady business behind the scenes. What’s more, his roommate hated him. He not only rejected Bo Tang’s attempts to get close, but even shot straight through his protective suit during freshman military training. Bo Tang didn’t take it to heart. To keep his vampire identity from being exposed, he could only stay far away from his roommate. But could someone explain why the farther he stayed from his roommate, the more often they ended up being tied together? And why was his roommate looking at him more and more dangerously? Bo Tang was a little troubled, because he had discovered that his roommate was becoming more and more delicious to him. Then an accident during a mission forced them to land on a barren planet. Starving to the point of desperation, Bo Tang finally couldn’t resist looking at his roommate’s neck His roommate, in the middle of a heat, abruptly covered his neck, the tips of his ears red as if they were about to drip blood. “What are you… looking at?” his roommate asked through gritted teeth, ears flushed. Only then did Bo Tang realize that his gloomy, cold roommate might not be as icy and brutal as he seemed. At the same time, Bo Tang finally caught the scent of his roommate’s pheromones. It was rich and metallic, like the smell of blood. His long-suppressed hunger reached its peak, and beastlike slit pupils glimmered dark red in the shadows. Bo Tang shed his gentle disguise. His voice was like a rich wine aged in the night, and his dark red eyes hid a whirlpool that tempted people to fall. “Darling… let me take a bite.” (Commenting on individual paragraphs is now enabled.
