Killing the Snowman

Xiang Shu Ye sent his daughter to stay at a friend's house.

There, he ran into the handsome He Shinian, and the doting father's heart instantly began to pound.

The next second, he saw his daughter greet the boy with a cold stare.

The father's heart settled right back down.

No way was some pig getting his precious cabbage.

He Shinian was a little slow on the uptake, but perceptive.

Their homeroom teacher had a keen eye for talent and thought highly of him.

The teacher also thought highly of Xiang Qingge.

Ever since this star student transferred into his class, his spirits were high every day.

Until one day, he went to visit He Shinian's family and found Xiang Qingge there.

The teacher suddenly had a huge headache.

The girl was shy.

So the teacher had to put on a stern face and warn He Shinian: "If you're living together, then you're living together. Focus on your studies. Don't start any of that 'you like me, I like you' nonsense."

He Shinian looked up at him earnestly. "What does it mean to like someone?"

The teacher choked. "It means wanting to be with her, wanting to be with her every moment of every day."

He Shinian nodded to show he'd understood.

Xiang Qingge pinned He Shinian against the wall and demanded an answer, her voice harsh.

He Shinian's ears turned bright red. He wanted to run.

He remembered his teacher's advice and considered his urge to run.

He concluded that he didn't like Xiang Qingge.

So he gave her a very slight shake of the head.

Xiang Shu Ye, who had accidentally witnessed the whole thing, was petrified.

His precious cabbage was making a move on a pig?

And the pig turned her down???
