My Nemesis Wants to Keep Me as a Pet

Su Linxia saved money for three years and finally made it into the Safe City, but she could never find the "Sunshine Avenue" from her memories.

Her school, her home, even the friends she once had, all seemed to have been erased by some kind of force.

People looked at her with pity or mockery, as if she were just a lunatic lost in her own fantasies.

Until one night, in a chaotic underground bar, Lu Xiao approached her.

A black trench coat wrapped around her slender frame. Her red lips curled with mockery, but her eyes shone with startling brightness.

"I know where Sunshine Avenue is." Lu Xiao's fingertips brushed lightly over her neck. "If you're willing... to come home with me."

Su Linxia knew she shouldn't trust a stranger.

But as the woman leaned closer, a silver chain slipped from her neck. The pattern on it was exactly the same as the one that appeared again and again in Su Linxia's dreams.

"You forgot me, but your body still remembers."

Lu Xiao's breath burned against her ear as the barrel of a gun pressed to her waist.

"Welcome back, Xia."
