Food Wars Is a Hobby, Romance Is Life

With titles including one of the Top Ten at Totsuki, a disciple of the Rainbow Seven, and one of the heirs to the Kasanoeda clan, Kasanoeda Kuri had even been teased with, "There are too many people to fit in this scene." Lately, she had been deeply troubled.

Her troubles had nothing to do with retiring and then accepting an invitation to join the Vongola as an outside advisor.

Nor did they have anything to do with accepting an offer from Totsuki's current director, working her way up to become one of the Top Ten, winning the gold medal at BLUE, graduating, and successfully opening her own restaurant.

Because, in stark contrast to her thriving career, her friends seemed extremely concerned about Kasanoeda Kuri's utterly nonexistent love life.

...All right, it was only natural for people to take an interest in her love life at her age!

After all, in her country, people started dating in elementary school, and you could bump into nine fated childhood friends just by walking down the street. At her age, she was supposed to be entering the workforce, yet she had never been in a relationship even once.

She'd spent the first half of her life building her career. Kasanoeda Kuri felt it was time to relax a little during the second half.

That was it! She was going to! Go! Find herself a boyfriend!!

Kasanoeda Kuri had just gotten home and sat down when she said, "Wait, what do you mean I'm already dating someone? How come I don't know about it?!"

Her older brother, Kasanoeda Ritsu, thought about the people saved in his phone as Enemies No. 12345678. They were all after his little sister, and there were enough of them to form a line from Tokyo to Italy. By the public relations department's classifications, they included upperclassmen, underclassmen, childhood friends, classmates, older men, younger men, and the guy who had appeared out of nowhere. He fell silent.

He quickly turned off his phone screen and answered his sister with conviction.

"Yes, you heard wrong."

In the early part, she builds up affection in Namimori. The later main storyline moves to Totsuki. Kuri is one year older than 27 and Soma, and one grade ahead. (Gestures. I ate the timeline.)

This is absolutely a food story, though I can't guarantee the dishes will actually taste good. I'll make up some extravagant dishes, but that's just how Food Wars! is. (Wipes sweat.)

It's mostly slice-of-life, with lots of characters from other anime that feature food, such as Crayon Shin-chan and What Did You Eat Yesterday? They won't affect your enjoyment of the story.

My research is pretty shallow, so please point out anything I've gotten wrong!
