Guan Yuechao is a swordsmith.

She was rescued by the Sun Hashira of the time, Tsugikuni Yoriichi, during the camping trip where he met his brother. She was one of only two survivors of the demon massacre.
She didn't want to go back. By her account, demons had killed her father and brothers, and she was the only one who escaped. Because of her aptitude and personal preference, she became a swordsmith-in-training.
She wasn't yet skilled enough to forge swords for the Demon Slayer Corps herself, but she had an innate affinity for everything in the mountains, including the special ore found on the sunlit mountains, where the sky was never overcast.

So while diligently honing her swordsmithing skills, she also shouldered the special responsibility of taking the Kakushi to find and gather ore.
As she had done many times before, she entered the mountains.
And then she vanished without a trace.

That day, Guan Yuechao saw a gigantic white snake in the mountains.
It coiled around the mountainside, its enormous red eyes showing unmistakable pain.
And so she was bewitched.
As she lost consciousness, she thought: willingly becoming the mountain lord's agent? That was even more far-fetched than the legends about demons coming into being.
But when she woke, she found herself in a paradise of swords!
She had no idea whether what the fox had said about being able to return to her original world once a month was true, but for now, she might as well learn how to forge and repair swords here!
High-quality tamahagane and whetstones made from special materials were hard to come by!!!!

A made-up crossover between Touken Ranbu and Demon Slayer, with some headcanons from Mushishi and Hakkenden. The setting is getting heavily rewritten, haha.
"Important note"
In Guan Yuechao's original timeline, Muzan didn't survive until the Taisho era. Later on, a classic Touken Ranbu event teleportation mishap will send her wandering around the original Demon Slayer world for a while (praying with hands together). I want to save everyone!
It's probably a story where everyone has a one-sided crush on their master, and the master has a one-sided crush on the swordsmith!
