The Walking Dead: Crossbow Strings and Scabbards

After finishing all eleven seasons of The Walking Dead, An stared blankly at the words "Series Finale" on her computer screen, unable to let go. It felt as if she had lived through countless people's lives. They were real, flesh-and-blood people, and their family bonds, friendships, love, and courage, resolve, and faith as they fought to survive the zombie apocalypse had deeply moved her. The stench of decay hit her nostrils. Her stomach lurched, but fear overpowered the urge to vomit, and she ran for her life. Suddenly, a crossbow bolt flew from behind and pierced the person's head. They fell to the ground and stopped chasing An.

"What is this...?" An's legs trembled so badly she could barely stand. She looked back, utterly shocked.

It was Daryl from The Walking Dead!
