Sang Zhuyue: 🙂😁 🖕🏻
Sailende: 🥹🥰 💍
①
In high school, Sang Zhuyue went to study in the United States by herself. Arranged by her family, she stayed temporarily at the home of her father’s friend.
She heard that he had a son her age: Sailende, a willful, unruly young prodigy who did whatever he pleased, and the sole heir to the Rockefeller family.
When they first met, the blue-eyed, blond boy looked down at her, his gaze carrying a faint trace of scrutiny and arrogance.
“Don’t show yourself in front of me.”
That was the rule he made.
But he was also the one who broke it.
Late at night, an uninvited guest appeared in her room.
Sailende pressed closer and closer, pinning her into a corner. One hand braced against the wall beside her head as he murmured in a husky voice, “Kiss me.”
Sang Zhuyue closed her eyes, refusing to look at him. “No.”
A soft laugh came from above her.
In the dark, the boy’s thumb pressed hard against her lips, his touch forceful and impossible to resist. “Don’t make me force you.”
“Kiss me. Now.”
-
Sang Zhuyue couldn’t bear it any longer. She ran, he chased her, and she was caught and brought back.
The cycle repeated again and again.
After he caught her once more, he locked her away in an empty manor.
Sailende gripped her chin with one hand, forcing her to look at the enormous mirror on the ceiling. His eyes shone with sick pleasure. “Look at yourself… You’re so beautiful like this.”
“Baby, you’ll never leave me.”
②
Sang Zhuyue couldn’t take any more of him. She tried everything she could think of and finally managed to escape.
Five years later, they met again in New York.
Late at night, lightning flashed and thunder crashed outside as heavy rain poured down.
Sang Zhuyue returned to the dim room. Listening to the rumble of thunder, she felt a chill creep down her back for no reason. Before she could turn around, a pair of strong arms wrapped around her waist and tightened.
“Sailende, don’t…” Sang Zhuyue recognized him. Her voice trembled as she tried to struggle, but it was no use.
“Don’t what?” The man lowered his head and leaned close to her ear, letting out a deep sigh. “You disappeared without a word for five years. Tell me, how should I punish you?”
“I’ll punish you by making you marry me tomorrow.”
“You’ll never leave me again.”
[Come here and hold me.]
[Come here and kiss me.]
[Please, Yueyue.]
When he was in tenth grade, he turned the last letter of her name into a necklace and wore it around his neck.
He wore it for nine years.
“You are my moon.”
Moon, moon, your name is synonymous with my youth.
“For nine years, the winds of New York kept blowing, and at last they brought two people in love back to each other.”
“No one but you.”

The Wen and Si families have been close for generations, and their children grew up together. But Wen Shimiao and Si Yan were at each other’s throats, infamous as bitter rivals.
In the eyes of outsiders, Si Yan was a gifted young man: aloof, refined, and distant, seemingly interested in nothing.
People in their circle joked that someone as cold as Si Yan would probably stay single for life.
Wen Shimiao had only one thing to say about that: “What a fraud. Such a fake gentleman.”
Only she knew how much of a scoundrel Si Yan was behind closed doors.
The young heiress had just won a gold medal for China when someone pinned her into a corner of the lounge. The man moved closer, his cool lips pressing against hers without leaving a gap.
“Not so hard. Be gentle…” Wen Shimiao tried to dodge him, but he pinned both her hands against the wall. Their fingers intertwined, their palms burning hot.
Si Yan lowered his head and kissed her harder.
“Not enough. Again.”
“Why did you pretend you didn’t know me just now?”
ー
Wen Shimiao had a secret: she suffered from severe touch starvation. She had tried all kinds of remedies, but none of them worked as well as cuddling up to Si Yan.
The two of them went from hugging to kissing, and then to bed.
It was all physical for Wen Shimiao. She never gave her heart to the relationship.
“Si Yan, I feel awful.” Tormented by her touch starvation, Wen Shimiao had no choice but to ask Si Yan for help.
But Si Yan refused to give her what she wanted.
The man gripped her chin with one hand, his thumb rubbing over her lips as he spoke in a seductive voice. “Say you love me, and I’ll help you.”
②
The elders of the Wen and Si families had arranged a marriage years ago. To get away from Si Yan, Wen Shimiao agreed to marry his older brother. But on the night of the engagement party, something unexpected happened, and the groom-to-be was replaced.
In the newly decorated bridal suite, Si Yan backed Wen Shimiao into a corner.
“You’re crazy! I won’t marry you!” Wen Shimiao decided to call off the wedding.
Si Yan swept her up in his arms and tossed her onto the bed.
A moment later, something cold touched her skin. Handcuffs snapped tight around her wrists, leaving her unable to move.
“If you won’t marry me, who do you think you’ll marry?” Si Yan stood beside the bed, gazing down at her with lowered eyes and an inscrutable smile.
The next moment, he bent over her. His broad hand held the back of her neck as kiss after kiss fell on her, some gentle, some forceful. His eyes and brows were full of sick obsession.
“Baby, you’re mine…”
“You can only marry me.”
“I love you so much, baby. I want to be with you forever.”
When he was five, he wanted to marry her when he grew up.
At twenty-five, he still wanted to marry her.
His feelings had never changed, just as they’d been all those years ago.
On the night she won Olympic gold, she posted an update on Instagram, making their relationship official.
Two photos: her and him, together.
One photo of them at five, and one of them at twenty-five.
