His Island (GB)

Four years into the apocalypse, he had spent two of them by Bettis's side.

Bettis was his island of refuge, something a thousand, ten thousand times more precious than his own life.

He would always protect her.

He would hold her hand tight in the apocalypse and pretend dawn would come.

Dalian was like a machine without feelings. His instinct for danger was more sensitive than a beast's, and guns and weapons were like toys in his hands. Even with nothing more than a plastic pipe, he could skillfully take anyone's life.

Cold and ruthless, taciturn, devoid of emotion.

He could watch others be devoured by zombies without a trace of feeling, and watch people slaughter one another right before his eyes. He was always too lazy to look up as he wiped the blade or gun in his hands.

But Bettis alone was his weakness.

1. A taciturn, cold, indifferent mercenary with a doting, motherly streak, a loyal dog type, and older than the heroine. The younger heroine starts off timid but later grows strong and brave.

2. An apocalypse setting, no special abilities.

3. GB, 1v1, both are virgins.
