The Monster's Coveted Wife

Wife-loving, nonhuman top

His wife was beautiful, but he was dead.

After his death, his wife became the object of countless men's desire.

The first thing he did after crawling out of the filthy sewer was kill the construction worker who had followed his wife while she was shopping for groceries.

Chen Shan was assigned to this small, rainy town as soon as he graduated from university.

On his first day, unfamiliar with the area, he went to the cemetery and asked a man who was paying his respects there for directions.

The man was so pale, with such a slender waist and long legs. Even just his silhouette was enough to set the imagination racing... When he turned around, his face was delicate and fair, and his eyes were melancholy and gentle, like the town's gray-blue sky. Whenever Chen Shan looked up at the sky, he would think of those eyes.

The town was neither too crowded nor too empty. Life there was not exactly lively, but it was never desolate, either.

Chen Shan received the first criminal case of his career.

The victim was a construction worker.

The day before his murder, he had followed and harassed that man at the market.

But that man couldn't possibly be the killer. After a week of discreet investigation, Chen Shan turned his attention to the people who had grudges against the construction worker:

A doctor, a lawyer, and a school principal.

All three died one after another.

He thought the killer might be a monster.

To protect his wife, the monster killed everyone who coveted her and tried to hurt her.
