After a thick fog rolls in, the apocalypse begins, and the weather becomes unpredictable. Natural disasters strike without end, while plants and animals mutate and evolve. Zombies run rampant, and humanity's already precarious situation grows more desperate. After struggling through eight years of the apocalypse, Jian Chuan'an dies and opens his eyes six months before it began. Reborn with dual abilities, Jian Chuan'an now understands the rules of evolution. But more important than evolving is first building a little world of his own, one no one can take away. After building a little world as secure as a fortress, Jian Chuan'an moves on to the second step of his plan. He starts spending his savings without a second thought. He buys and stocks up on all the delicious food he won't be able to get after the apocalypse. He buys and stocks up on all the warm clothes he won't be able to wear after the apocalypse. And he especially makes sure to buy and stock up on all the household necessities he won't be able to find after the apocalypse. This time, even in the apocalypse, he wants to live a clean, comfortable life. He doesn't want to go through those miserable days of struggling to survive ever again. * The apocalypse arrives, and Jian Chuan'an has enough to eat and warm clothes to wear. He closes the door and lives comfortably in his little world. His only problem is that the leader from his previous life lives next door. The leader once helped him, so he can't bear to watch him go hungry and half-naked. Right now, the leader has all four limbs and clear eyes. He doesn't sit in a wheelchair, scowling and cursing like a sinister old man. He even thanks Jian Chuan'an after a good meal. If that's the case, Jian Chuan'an can help him out a little. The leader is so mild-mannered that Jian Chuan'an can't get used to it. He keeps thinking the leader should become independent soon and stop dragging him into everything. But whenever Jian Chuan'an thinks he's finally done and can bow out, the leader appears from a corner and pulls out a ledger. "On X day, I took two of your cold pills." "On X day, I ate one of your whole rice balls." "On X day, I drank a bottle of your mineral water." Jian Chuan'an is speechless. "Come on, what is this supposed to mean?" The leader puts away the ledger and spreads his arms. "A debt must be repaid. It's only fair." "I'm here to settle my tab." Reading guide: The bottom is strong. Once he figures things out, he becomes something of a conceptual god. He has dual abilities. The story mainly focuses on living a quiet life in the apocalypse, with battles against mutated beasts and zombies along the way. The romance develops in the middle and later parts.
