After Coming Out of Seclusion, I Became a Sensation

A marriage first, love later, with a sweet showbiz romance As the only divine beast in the world, Yuan Zheng had a bit of a problem. Not only had humans stopped worshipping him, but the moment he came down from the mountain, he accidentally became bound in marriage to a mere human!!! So now that he'd just come down from the mountain, Yuan Zheng had two goals: 1. Break the Heavenly Dao's soulmate contract. 2. Make humans worship divine beasts again. Just as his mind went blank and he had no idea where to start, he spotted a giant fan-support billboard in the plaza. So he grabbed the hand of the person beside him. "This venerable one wants one of those big moving signs too." After entering showbiz, Yuan Zheng's outstanding acting and straightforward personality made his popularity explode. His movies became box-office champions. The variety shows he appeared on topped the ratings. Even the lollipops he bought on a whim broke the sales records of previous years. At the after-party for his grand-slam Best Actor win, a reporter asked, "Do you have any new goals now?" Yuan Zheng: "I have to turn down Ji Nanyu tonight. I want a good night's sleep." Everyone knew that Ji Nanyu of the Ji Group looked cool and refined, but was actually ruthless and uncompromising. Even when seriously ill, nobody dared underestimate him. But no one knew that he had long since grown weary of life, his heart as dead as a withered tree. On the day he was set up once again and decided to take the opportunity to give up, someone unexpected appeared and grabbed his hand. With an arrogant expression, he said, "This venerable one wants one of those big signs too." A seed took root in his long-dry heart and grew wildly from then on.
