[Synopsis]
After dealing with her ex-boyfriend's mess, Wu Li squatted by the lake and smoked. But the weather turned suddenly, and a heavy downpour began.
Even more absurdly, she ran into a complete idiot who thought she was about to jump into the lake. Being far too kind for his own good, he took her back to his place.
Wu Li couldn't help thinking that this idiot would get swindled and then help the swindler count the money. On a whim, she decided to rent his place, and so began their life as roommates.

"My name is Jiang He, not 'idiot.' You're being really rude."
"Hahaha, then I'll call you Little Jiang He. How's that?"
Jiang He blushed and mumbled, "I'm not a kid."

He could do laundry and cook, had a gentle temperament, and was polite to everyone. He was perfect in every way, except that he was too naive. But
"Wu Li, I really do like you."
"You like me?"
"I don't believe you."
It's not that I don't believe you like me. Your eyes told me the answer long ago. I'm just afraid to believe again.
"Jiang He, if we'd met earlier, I would definitely have chosen you."
But the world isn't full of what-ifs. Still, if it were you, I'd be willing to believe one more time.
To believe that fate won't play a cruel joke on me,
to believe that you, Jiang He, won't let me down,
and to believe that I, Wu Li, deserve to be loved.
