A Pallas’s Cat Under Pressure?

Tang Bai was doted on by his family because of his poor health.

Until one day, he turns into a fluffy Pallas's cat.

Everyone knows Pallas's cats have short legs and are suspicious, wary, and irritable.

So Tang Bai stares at his fluffy self for a long time, lost in thought.

I-I have to hunt for myself now?

But things seem even worse than he imagined. The moment he leaves his den, he finds a "Maine Coon" collapsed by the entrance.

This "Maine Coon" is a bit bigger and more handsome than usual, and it's a silver tabby Maine Coon, too.

"Who'd be cruel enough to abandon a Maine Coon here?"

Six months later...

Tang Bai stares at the enormous "Maine Coon" for a long time. The more he looks, the less it seems like a Maine Coon.

He laughs with a touch of sadness. "Actually, I don't really want to keep a cat, either. You're free!"

As a lynx, Kaihe was forced to survive alone before reaching adulthood. After being surrounded by a pack of wolves, he was on the verge of death.

He thought there was no way out, but a useless Pallas's cat saved him.

Short-tempered, incapable, afraid of the cold, and prone to catching an infection and dying.

Chokes on meat, falls off a cliff while running away.

At first, Kaihe: Sooner or later, I'll kill it.

Later, Kaihe: How is this thing so hard to take care of?

Finally, Kaihe: What! You don't want me anymore?! How dare you!
