My Sorcerer Boyfriend Is Still Trying to Pass as an Ordinary Person

My boyfriend has been acting a little weird lately.

Ever since he left his securities firm and started a new job, he's not only been tight-lipped about his current company, but sometimes he comes home covered in bruises.

I strongly suspect he joined the Mafia...

But he denies it.

He started going to work and coming home as usual, and when he went on business trips, he'd sometimes bring me souvenirs. Life seemed to be back to normal.

Until I saw him talking to thin air, then punching it.

Me: ...What do I do? My boyfriend seems to have a little schizophrenia.

Maybe he noticed my weird look, because for the first time, my boyfriend checked my phone when I wasn't paying attention.

He opened the browser, and my undeleted posts appeared on the screen...

"Is my boyfriend talking to thin air because he's seeing ghosts or losing his mind?"

[Your top priority right now is to run.]

"What do I do if my boyfriend is too big?"

[Send pics, let me have a look.]

My mixed-race boyfriend: ...

That night, my boyfriend solemnly told me that his current job was dangerous and said we should break up.

Break up?

He wants to break up with me over some stupid job?!

I grabbed him by the family jewels. "Say that again?"

※ Please note:

A romance between working adults. Probably a short story.

OOC is me, and I am OOC.

Theme: We are born free. May courage always endure.
