After the Military Academy's Top-Tier Star Turns Into an Insect Queen

To pay off his debts, Seranya never passes up any legitimate opportunity to make money.

The price is that his name keeps popping up on the academy forum every few days, either with glowing recommendations or warnings to stay away.

On the very first day of freshman orientation, a huge flame war even erupts, giving the new students a taste of what it means to be a notorious top-tier star.

With debt hanging over his head, Seranya can only console himself that bad publicity is still publicity, and the more famous he is, the more people will hire him for commissions.

But before he can save enough to repay what he owes, an accident turns him into a queen bee.

At the Empire's First Military Academy, an institution dedicated to fighting the Zerg, if his identity as a queen bee is exposed...

He doesn't even want to imagine how horribly he'll die.

Yet the more he tries to keep a low profile, the more people fixate on everything he does, spinning all kinds of absurd theories and schemes.

He takes fewer commissions and shows his face less often, so his fans start theorizing that he's been persecuted and imprisoned. They insist the academy give them an explanation.

He turns down all sorts of events and skips drills, so his haters mock him for finally being unable to keep up the act, then demand that the academy issue a statement.

He moves out of the dorm to get away from all the big shots, and the forums fill with speculation that he's been abandoned and someone else can take his place...

That is not happening.

On the first day after Seranya moves out, the top solo fighter in the academy, number one in pest extermination, appears at his door.

He says he can't live without Seranya's mental soothing.

On the second day, the student council president, who loathes the Zerg and is very good at tormenting people, comes calling.

He asks why Seranya hasn't been around lately.

Then he asks why Seranya's attitude toward the Zerg and the Zerg-transformed has grown so much more lenient.

On the third day, even the legendary, mysterious White Moonlight shows up,

saying he already knows Seranya's secret...

Seranya is both touched and wary.

He has no idea whether everyone will understand and accept him if his secret really comes out, or turn on him and kill him.

Then the Zerg appear. "Come back to your people. Once you're home, you won't have to worry about any of this."

Before Seranya can even give his opinion, every student at the academy is already getting ready to...

Fight the Zerg for him.

With a great battle imminent, everyone has something to say.

The Zerg: If the Empire can't accept the queen bee's bloodline, then it shouldn't keep the queen bee from returning to their children.

The fans: Our daily homework, assignments, and drills all depend on Seranya carrying us. We're the eldest legitimate children he raised himself!

The haters: Disliking him is an internal matter. If you outsiders want to steal him, we'll have to work together and deal with you first.

Seranya: ...I think we can still sit down and talk this out.
