1

Li Zhi's summer of college entrance exams ended on the day her friend died an unnatural death.

The police said, "He was murdered two hours ago."

Li Zhi was stunned.

Her friend had been playing games with her online today. She never imagined they'd be separated by death in the blink of an eye.

Li Zhi checked the game records. Her friend had scored MVP. Before logging off, they'd agreed to eat together and said goodbye to each other.

The game had ended an hour ago.

If it was her friend playing with her an hour ago, then who was the person killed two hours ago...?

After a criminal case broke out, Li Zhi and her three friends helped with the investigation. More and more strange things began happening around her.

Everyone said they had seen Ding Peng after his death: beside their beds, on the road, and in the fields during an outing.

She thought they were joking.

Until one night, a text arrived from the phone that should have been locked away in the police station's evidence room.

"Didn't we agree to eat together?"

"I'm here."

"Where are you?"

Later, that bloody coming-of-age rite spanning life and death became the last real summer of her life.

A modern mystery with an unconventional episodic structure, criminal investigation elements, and an ensemble cast of school characters. Read the main text to learn about the world. A deep bow~
