No one knows that Wei An from the Marxism School has been an idealist since childhood.
From a very young age, she thought she would probably fly on a sword. In her dreams, she tried to control what happened and make things go her way. When extreme weather hit, she would clench her fists in excitement, imagining a reclusive master at the eye of the storm summoning wind and rain with a wave of his hand, then cleaving open the Heavenly Gate with a single sword strike.
Then one day, she opened her eyes and discovered that she had transmigrated to a world of cultivation.
The good news: She made it.
The bad news: She was a spirit-rootless cowherd.
Her dream of cultivation shattered overnight. Wei An went completely off the rails, kicking her blankets furiously every day and dreaming pathetic dreams of ascending to immortality.
Go mad, all of you. A little madness is good.
Madness to the extreme, and she ended up on a completely different path.
1.
On the eve of being seized as a concubine by the idiot son of a rich landowner from a neighboring village, Wei An fled in the dead of night, only to be driven to the edge of a cliff.
The flames flickered, illuminating a sea of ugly faces.
"Run! Aren't you great at running? You can't escape now, can you?"
Hearing this, Wei An smiled serenely, showing no hint of panic.
Lowering her eyes and composing her expression, she said, "Close your eyes, and there won't be a cliff ahead."
As soon as she finished speaking, she lightly tapped her toes. Luminous ripples spread through the air, and indigo-purple lightning tore through it like a web. Before anyone could react, she soared upward on a roaring tide of thunder, vanishing in an instant into the churning clouds.
2.
After many twists and turns, she became a menial outer-sect disciple. At the sect competition, her opponent was an elder's personal disciple. He sneered, "A nobody like you thinks I'm worth lifting a finger for?"
As the attack rushed toward her, her opponent's contempt, the elder's disdain, and her friends' alarm flashed before her eyes. Wei An suddenly chuckled. "I think, therefore I am..."
As everyone stared, Wei An gave a sly smile. "If I don't think, then I don't exist."
The moment she finished speaking, she vanished into thin air under the watchful eyes of countless powerful cultivators, fading like a wisp of smoke. Then she abruptly reappeared behind her opponent and cleanly kicked him off the platform.
The wind passed in silence, leaving only a crowd full of stunned faces.
3.
In a secret realm, she faces an ambush by the old monsters of the Four Great Sects, all vying for its treasures.
Wei An's expression is calm, her sleeves fluttering as she raises a hand and forms a spell seal.
"Thunder God and Lightning Goddess, help me!"
"Divine possession!"
Before everyone's eyes, a golden-bodied dharma image bursts up from deep within the earth. A golden cudgel whirls through the air, beating everyone into disarray and sending them fleeing in all directions. Meanwhile, the protagonist, who had been surrounded, takes the secret realm's key without breaking a sweat, right under the noses of the Four Great Sects.

The sects no longer dare look down on her. They treat Wei An like an ancestor, paying her every respect.
The powerful cultivators are so dazzled by her that they burn with envy and curiosity, secretly probing her:
"No spirit root."
"Doesn't borrow spiritual energy."
"What path do you cultivate, exactly?"
Under their fiery gazes, Wei An curls her lips into a smile. "Idealism. I cultivate idealism."
"More precisely, it's a kind of mental victory."
*
Wei An sits securely at the top of the cultivation world, yet people still sneer at her: "So what if you're famous? You're all alone. Don't tell me cultivating can get you a Dao companion?"
Little do they know that on that day, Wei An sat across from the senior brother of the Heartless Dao in a teahouse.
Wei An held a flower between her lips and lightly tapped the window lattice with her fingertips. Prayer flags fluttered in the distance as people argued over whether it was the wind moving or the flags moving.
"Senior Brother, do you think it's the wind moving, or the flags?" Her eyes were smiling.
The senior brother furrowed his brow and pondered. "I don't know."
Wei An's eyes suddenly brightened. She leaned forward. "It's neither the wind moving nor the flags moving, but..." Before the final words left her lips, her fingertip touched his chest. "It's your heart moving."
The senior brother, usually as cold as ice, instantly blushed to the tips of his ears. He almost lost his grip on his teacup. The wind outside swept fallen blossoms past the window, but they were nothing compared to the scorching redness of someone's ears.
