Someone edges forward. "It's hard to pass judgment under Yokohama law, so they might not be punished... Actually, it's because your itasha is pink, so everyone can tell it's a woman's car..."

Haiyue Kui whips around, sneering.

"Fine, fine. If we can't count on the law or basic decency, then a fish will have to take extreme measures."

"Starting today, the Port Mafia gets one, the Armed Detective Agency gets one, and every government agency, including the Special Division for Unusual Powers, gets one. Paint all your vehicles pink for the fish!!!"
