The good news: In Yokohama, a city full of danger, you've been lucky enough to become a rare ability user, sought after by all sides.
The bad news: Your ability is Cupid, damn it. If you go too long without getting people together, you go crazy and start firing arrows all over the street.
Chi Naiyu held his arm back with a death grip, trying to stop himself from drawing his bow. "..."
Help!
To avoid turning into a lunatic flapping his wings and shooting arrows in public, he had no choice but to join the matchmaking business, much to his dismay.
--
The Port Mafia's new ability user and sharpshooter was kind of weird.
Dazai Osamu closed his game and turned around, just in time to spot his new colleague diving headfirst into the bushes beside him.
He'd been sneaking around after Dazai for ages without doing anything, and his reasons for joining the Mafia were vague. He spent all day staring into space at his desk while watching silly romance dramas.
Suspicious.
Nakahara Chuuya had a different opinion.
The new colleague was cheerful and warm, diligent and responsible, and many times more hardworking than a certain blue-and-white lazy fish who was always disappearing. He was, without a doubt, an excellent colleague.
...Except he liked to quietly follow Chuuya around for no reason. When caught, he'd put his hands behind his back and whistle guiltily, as if he wasn't very bright.
Strange.
Chi Naiyu, who had already shot countless Cupid's arrows at the two of them, banged the ground in tears. "Why aren't you two dating yet?! Do I have to hold your heads together and make you kiss?!"
--
Of course, as a less-than-competent Mafia member, Chi Naiyu sometimes had to take extreme measures to protect himself once he realized how dangerous his job was.
When faced with Shibusawa Tatsuhiko, the terrifying big boss of the Dragon Head War, Chi Naiyu shot him with a golden arrow. The result was that the guy seemed to fall for him (x).
In the literal sense.
Shibusawa Tatsuhiko's empty red eyes lit up with life. "This is the radiance... I've been searching for all along!"
Chi Naiyu was horrified.
This guy was an absolute lunatic who was fanatically trying to kill him and keep him as a precious gemstone!
Chi Naiyu fled in tears as he was chased. "No, please! Someone save me!"
Having learned his lesson the first time around, Chi Naiyu remembered: if you're going to shoot, shoot a pair.
So, after falling into the Rats in the House of the Dead's trap, he gritted his teeth and let loose a volley of arrows at the wicked Demon and his smiling, grinning best friend.
Fyodor, perfectly calm, gently raised his hand and rested it against Nikolai's neck. "Tsk, what should we do... It'd be better to nip any sign of losing control in the bud."
The threatened clown removed his one-sided playing-card eye patch and turned to look at his dear friend. The smile on his lips only grew wider and more exaggerated. "You mean Fyodor has become the shackle that completely restrains my freedom."
Their gazes brimmed with murderous intent. "We have to get rid of him."
Chi Naiyu, who knew his power made people fall in love: "?"
Damn it, you two braid-wearing psychos!
What kind of monsters are running around Yokohama? You open your eyes and can't see a future for this city!

A product of going crazy over shipping couples...
My own take on the setting. Sorry if they're out of character. The main pairing will probably be Shibusawa Tatsuhiko, but the main ship is as described in the blurb.
Hehehe, rolling around excitedly in bed.
Theme: Love is the cure for everything.
