Fortunately, plenty of new gossip came along afterward, and the post was temporarily forgotten. Oshima Akiko thought it had all blown over and went back to happily devouring gossip every day.

These juicy stories turned Oshima Akiko into a wild boar, dashing frantically through the melon patch. She never expected the Oshitari and Mukahi gossip to resurface one day, or that she would fall into the abyss of fanfiction...

The new post's popularity kept rising day after day. It even spread beyond the Kanto region and headed straight for Kansai. After Oshitari received a "hello" message from his younger cousin, his expression grew more and more stony. Oshima Akiko could only secretly put away her treasured fanfiction books and sincerely pray:
