A Den of Iniquity

Qi Yi, who parachuted in as deputy head of the anti-drug division, is always alone, appearing and disappearing without a trace. His file is highly confidential. No one knows his past, and no one can see into his heart.

Fifteen years ago, he was an outstanding student, full of spirit and smiling eyes. Fifteen years later, he is a drug enforcement officer who keeps people at a distance, guarded and sensitive, always lost in thought. Time left his appearance untouched, but completely transformed his personality.

Qi Yi carries a body full of secrets and pain, always ready to give his life for his work.

In a place of utter despair, in the darkness, he pushes away the hope that shines upon him with his own hands.

Hai Tongshen says, "When you see someone wielding a knife, your instinct is to step back. But rushing forward is the instinct of the profession."

Qi Yi says, "First and foremost, I'm a drug enforcement officer. Only after that am I a person."

Green hills and clear waters bury the loyal dead; the souls of martyrs guard our borders. To outsiders, this may sound like nothing more than an ordinary sentiment. But for every drug enforcement officer serving on the front lines, the loyal dead they bury are their comrades, their brothers and sisters. Protecting the border is both their responsibility and their faith.

The dangers ahead are plain to see, but facing them head-on is the best choice.

Lurking in the depths of the abyss and hidden among the crowds, a group of people going against the tide are protecting order and peace.
