Arrival [Cyberpunk]

[Series Rewritten from Scratch]

Office worker Cen Gong was transported into a science-fiction horror novel called Arrival. He became a disposable extra in its setting: a bottom-rung employee of the giant monopoly United Health, otherwise known as a resource the company could burn through, a 24/7 wage slave.

Cen Gong discovered that this world had plenty of “protagonists.”

Virtual panels would appear out of nowhere in front of elite squads. His fellow “extras” trembled at the company's routine deployment missions, and even his neighbors fell silent under the urging of a cold mechanical voice.

Cen Gong: ...Hello? Is this some kind of “protagonist” battle royale?

[Technology in this world has reached extraordinary heights, yet violent crime is rampant. Neon lights never go dark, but the gap between rich and poor is immense, and “your” fate has already been decided.]

[Now, “you” have awakened.]

[“You” are the chosen “protagonist,” and an unparalleled opportunity awaits your action.

[“You” will change your own fate and determine the world's future.]

[“You” will become our “guide.”]
