After returning, the legendary agent chose to teach at the police academy. His opinion: A raise and promotion can't beat teasing kids. Akiha Hiiragi sent wave after wave of bright young recruits to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department and the Public Security Bureau. A legend in the world of undercover work, he was just as formidable in education. His students had topped their year for three consecutive years. Then five troublemakers ended up in Onizuka's neighboring class, each more irritating than the last, and each more enviable. Every time Akiha passed by, he had to fight the urge to snatch them up. A legend's authority must never be shaken. Today, the devilish instructor is making his class do extra training again! Every new recruit at the police academy had heard one homeroom teacher's name countless times. Before enrollment, they had already heard he had an angel's face, the attitude of a slacker, and an utterly Spartan teaching style. When checking their class assignments, plenty of students lit incense and prayed earnestly, hoping to end up as far from him as possible. Good news: The five-man police academy group dodged a bullet. Bad news: They ran into him on their very first day. After sneaking out at night, brawling, and committing a hit-and-run, Furuya took off running, only to be grabbed by the scruff of his destiny. The demon instructor smiled with malicious kindness. "So you're the legendary top recruit?" Furuya was bewildered and hadn't even nodded when the man continued, "You won't be for long." Suspecting he'd just received a challenge, Furuya's inner alarm bells went off. He went back and threw himself into studying, determined to widen his lead over the second-place student in the neighboring class to ten points! The neighboring class, already crumpled into cabbages from studying too hard: ... Are these two top-rank-obsessed freaks trying to kill us all? The instructor might be a devil, but his Spartan methods really did teach you things. He taught them to disarm a bomb in five seconds. He taught them how to jump from a building without injury, then evade snipers and pursuers. He taught them to switch quickly between identities and stay intensely alert to their surroundings for long periods... Akiha Hiiragi: If you can't beat them, join them! The more I teach them, the more they're my homegrown little leeks. After graduation, Furuya went to him. "Teach me how to go undercover and become an organization's boss!" Akiha Hiiragi looked decidedly ill. "I can't teach you that. Undercover work only makes you lose your hair, die young, and become twisted." Hearing this, Furuya fell into thought and quickly settled on his undercover persona: a pervert from 007! Before you read: 1. The protagonist is a native of the Detective Conan world. Pairing: Zero, with Zero in the seme role. 2. The focus is on daily life at the police academy. There's little main-plot content, and the story won't be very long. 3. The organization the protagonist infiltrated previously is not the Black Organization. 4. A little Katekyo Hitman Reborn crossover, but it doesn't involve that series' plot. 5. "Furuya Is the Cat at My Honmaru" Kiyohara Toru, the Saniwa of Honmaru No. 4869, had such abundant spiritual energy that his body couldn't bear the strain, leaving him bedridden for a long time. If things continued like this, the Honmaru risked falling to corruption. Then one day, Kiyohara Toru brought a dying Siamese cat back from outside the Honmaru and insisted on caring for it himself. The problem was solved at once. The Siamese acted sweet and considerate in front of Kiyohara Toru, its disguise flawless, but threw itself into attacking the sword warriors without even pretending otherwise. On its own, it turned the Honmaru upside down. Taking advantage of Kiyohara Toru's indulgence, it successfully drew all the blade-wielding troublemakers' fire. Kiyohara Toru: It's normal for Siamese cats to be a little lively. Cough, cough... And Bourbon is already being so good and holding himself back. Siamese Bourbon: (Looks up and meows sweetly) (Turns around and smiles evilly) The sword warriors: ... There's no time to fall to corruption. We have to unite and expose this sly, two-faced cat for what it is! That scheming cat needs to stay away from my Aruji! * After dying alongside the Organization Boss, Furuya became a cat and landed at Honmaru No. 4869. He learned that it was a place capable of changing the flow of time. If he could get hold of the thing called a time-space converter, he could return to before it all began and save his four friends and all the others who had sacrificed themselves because of the Organization. He was willing to pay any price. But Furuya now faced three problems What was a time-space converter, and how was the thing even used? How could he steal it with over a hundred sword spirits watching him like hawks? ...And the sickly young man known as their master absolutely could not die before Furuya succeeded. After much thought, Furuya decided to use his greatest talent, the honey trap, and win over Kiyohara Toru, the Honmaru's master. It was just a matter of acting cute, rolling around, and nudging a hand for pets. With his professional skills, even disguised as a cat, he'd be the most charming and emotionally supportive cat in the Honmaru! He never expected that one ordinary night, when a man and a cat snuggled together to keep warm, he would wake up the next morning with the young man in his arms. Kiyohara Toru: ?! Furuya, who had just transformed into a human, felt terribly guilty. "...If I say it was an accident, will you believe me?" * Bourbon had a pretty boy by his side, one who coughed three times with every step. He was well protected and never took part in the Organization's affairs. Everyone saw him as the weakness of that mysterious man, but no matter how hard they tried, they couldn't uncover his background. Vermouth: "We are angels, and we are demons.
