Mission objective: Make cheating scumbags face the punishment they deserve.
Scenario One: The full-time housewife and her abusive husband
The moment Shu Yin opened her eyes, she saw two pale, naked bodies clinging to each other on the living room sofa.
Good grief. The stench of fish mingled with sour sweat went straight to her head. She'd barely transmigrated when she'd walked in on her husband and Mrs. Wang from next door putting on a live show.
She wiped the tears that were still wet on her face, ran into the kitchen, and grabbed a cleaver. Only then did the adulterous pair tumble off the sofa in fright.
The man pulled up his pants and cursed, "You crazy old hag!"
Shu Yin planted a foot on his waistband and pressed the blade to his neck. "Brother Wang will be back any minute. So tell me, should I steam this rotten cucumber of yours or braise it?"
Scenario Two: The love-struck movie star and her freeloading manager
The movie star clutched a crumpled photo, her tears smearing her heavy makeup.
"He said he kept all the money for me so he could invest in my movies." She choked as she watched the surveillance footage. On-screen, the scumbag was kissing a rising actress with abandon in their marital home. "So he was using my money to support another woman?"
The movie star cried until she nearly passed out. When she opened her eyes again, she had become Shu Yin.
Looking at the tear-streaked face in the mirror, Shu Yin didn't even have time to think back over the plot. One thought filled her mind: No wonder she's a movie star. That face is gorgeous! With a face that beautiful, why not focus on her career instead of being so love-struck?
Scenario Three: The rich heiress and her cheating fiance
At the banquet, Shu Yin swirled her champagne and sized up her cheating fiance. "That young star you're supporting was just summoned by the tax bureau. How many years would you get for the thirty million missing from the books?"
Just as the scumbag flew into a rage and tried to grab her by the throat, a solid chest suddenly met her back. A white-gloved hand moved into place beside her.
"A gentleman doesn't lay hands on a lady." The man was immaculately dressed and looked every bit the gentleman, but he always showed up right on time whenever she was dealing with a scumbag.
The third time they ran into each other at a nightclub, he hauled up a drunk who'd tried to touch her thigh with one hand. "Your designated driver is here. This time, I'll be charging interest."
Halfway through the fourth scenario, Shu Yin was beside an operating table when she suddenly caught sight of a white glove flashing around the corner of the corridor. The anesthetic needle spun around her fingertips.
This time, she was going to unmask that stalker for sure!
