At fifteen, Ji Yinman knocked on Shen Yan's door.

The petite girl begged Shen Yan to let her stay. She said she didn't eat much and was good at working, and pleaded for even just a place to sleep.

Shen Yan took her in, and from then on, that door was always open to her.

But later, she couldn't bear to let her leave. From that moment on, they became real sisters.

From then on, Shen Yan's monotonous life changed.

At twenty-four, Shen Yan abandoned her completely in a moment of "cruelty."

She took the contract, signed it, and coldly shut the door in her face. From then on, they never saw each other again.

Shen Yan's life returned to normal.

Shen Yan had dreamed many times about seeing each other again. She'd imagined that perhaps she and Ji Yinman could go back to the way things were, and feared that Ji Yinman might never want to speak to her again.

But the one thing she never expected was to be pinned beneath Ji Yinman, those familiar hands roaming over her body without restraint.

Shen Yan called her by name and said they were sisters, that they couldn't do this.

But Ji Yinman leaned close to her ear and whispered, "We're not related by blood."

Shen Yan thought Ji Yinman must hate her so much that she wanted to take revenge in this way.

But one night, she clearly saw Ji Yinman crying in her sleep and heard her say, "Big Sister, don't abandon me."

1. There are some non-consensual romance scenes. This may count as an angsty pseudo-incest story, with redemption in the early part.

2. Both leads are pure in body and heart, and there is a five-year age gap.

3. Some of the settings may not be very realistic.

4. The bottom seems aloof but is actually gentle, accepting, and a little stubborn, while the top acts sweet and obedient at first, then reveals her true nature as a dark, obsessive woman. (I'm not very good at summing up the characters, so this might not be entirely accurate.)
