Hello, Miss Lilith

[Lilith and the Earl] Series 1

The stories are partly connected, but each has its own independent central plot and can be read on its own.

Beautiful young woman x Evil earl

Lilith fell in love with a shepherd boy.

She loved his handsome face, his gleaming golden hair, and his strong, agile figure. More than anything, she loved the carefree soul in him, as easy as the breeze when he played his flute.

Later, the boy appeared at her windowsill at midnight and took her with him into a wondrous dream of spring.

She awoke sweetly in her lover's arms at dawn. He promised to take her away from here, to a faraway place.

Lilith kissed his brow and eyes, dreaming of a free life with her beloved.

When her mother decided to marry her off to a snobbish, down-on-his-luck aristocrat, her lover never appeared at the appointed time to help her escape.

Lilith despaired.

At the wedding, the aristocrat walked toward her with the light behind him.

Lilith gripped the dagger in her hand.

P.S.:

1. One-on-one romance, with a somewhat happy ending.

2. The characters aren't perfect.

Theme: Live earnestly and take control of your own destiny.
