Kroka Zod inherited her parents' will, holding fast to one glorious ideal:
Restore Krypton.
The homeworld she had never seen had long since crumbled to dust. As one of the last surviving children of Krypton, Kroka grew up in the Phantom Zone, surrounded by countless criminals, and kept a very regular schedule.
She fought on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, brawled on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and took Sundays off, setting aside that day for her parents to instill in her the ideal of “Make Krypton Great Again.”
Kroka never thought there was anything wrong with this.
She was simply waiting for her chance, carefully planning to turn Earth into Krypton as soon as she escaped the Phantom Zone!
I would never be like that naive twin brother of mine, throwing myself into the arms of Krypton's traitors, getting misled by Earthlings, and forgetting my duty!
Kroka thought confidently.
Until she really did escape the Phantom Zone.
“Actually... marrying into an Earth family isn't a bad way to ensure Krypton's survival.”
Kroka held hands with the taciturn Batgirl and met her gaze for a second. In an instant, she went from sheepish to righteous. “I'm just taking the scenic route to save Krypton!”
