[Synopsis]

Meng Keyue had just broken up with Su Yehai when a sudden horde of zombies swarmed her and bit her.

She thought she would turn into a zombie. To give others as much time as possible to escape, she locked herself in her room right away, and stayed there for half a year.

She was infected, but apparently not very much.

Other people completed their transformation within minutes of being infected. After half a year, all that had happened to her was that she could no longer speak normally.

Meng Keyue thought she couldn't stay cooped up in this tiny space forever. Zombies can get depressed too!

She looked no different from a normal person, and the zombies treated her as one of their own. This was great! In a world crawling with zombies, she could go wherever she wanted!

Beyond this tiny room lay freedom!

Click. The door opened, and who should be standing there but her ex-boyfriend?

And just like that, her imagined freedom went up in smoke.

That's right, her ex-boyfriend had imprisoned her.
