Help, My Sister Is Way Too Ambitious! [The Nineties]

A huge piece of news spread through the compound: the Tang family's youngest son wasn't an only child after all. He had an older sister, secretly raised in the countryside under the name of their father's cousin.

The state-run factory had gone bankrupt, and Tang's father had been laid off. Only then did he decide to go to the countryside and bring his daughter home.

Whenever people talked about the Tang family's son, Tang Mu, they curled their lips in disapproval. He skipped class, dated at a young age, and got into fights.

He was the local menace.

He was bound to end up in jail sooner or later.

No one knew what sort of girl their daughter, raised in the countryside, would be.

The countryside was harsh, and with her parents away, she'd been living under someone else's roof. Surely she had turned out worse than their son.

Just then, a young girl with braided pigtails and a floral dress stepped out, holding a club as thick as an arm. “Tang Mu, I'm counting to three. Get back here and do your homework.”

Before she reached three, Tang Mu dropped to his knees with a thud. He clung to Tang's father's leg and wailed for help. “Dad, are you really going to let Sis bully me?”

Tang's father and mother were just about to speak when Tang Mu's arm jerked, and the club snapped in two.

“Do your homework, or lose a leg. Which will it be?”

Everyone was speechless. Weren't they expecting her to be timid and meek?

Turns out Tang You was the real local menace!

In her previous life, Tang You wasted the best years of her life and spent half of it poor. Reborn, she had two wishes:

First: study hard and get into the university of her choice.

Second: make money, and lots and lots of it.
