Blurb:
Overnight, the entire world is swept into an infinite game.
Hidden among eight billion players are eight undercover agents, each with an overpowered golden finger. The only way to end the game early is to kill them all.
Players can obtain clues about the undercover agents by clearing instances.
The undercover agents know one another's identities and must work together to keep them hidden.
Cheng Yi'an stares silently at the unmistakable undercover-agent card floating on her screen.
Who gets it, guys? I wake up from a nap and suddenly find out I'm supposed to fight the whole world alongside seven allies.
She turns to the next page to check her overpowered golden finger:
[Other undercover agents cannot discover your real identity]
Cheng Yi'an: ...
Fine. Now I don't even have those seven allies.
To obtain clues about the undercover agents, players will fight tooth and nail to clear instances. Only the undercover agents will try to sabotage them.
To avoid exposing her identity, Cheng Yi'an gives every challenge her all. Before she knows it, she has become number one on the clearing leaderboard and has even been elected leader of the "Alliance to Save the World."
Everyone cheers, raising their arms: "Under our leader's guidance, we'll definitely catch every undercover agent and save the world!"
Cheng Yi'an: ...What am I supposed to do now? Give everyone a demonstration of catching myself?
