Si Zhu x Yu Xiechun
Older top: a cold-faced, overpowered hero who grumbles but does all the laundry x a sweet, strong, pitiful, delicate beauty bottom
For more than twenty years at Kongyun Sect, Si Zhu had lived in the shadow of the evil god Si Huang.
Everyone said, "There's a remnant soul of Si Huang inside you. Sooner or later, you'll bring disaster upon the sect."
Si Zhu hated Si Huang, and he also hated the demonic cultivators of Zhetian Sect who served under him.
Slaughtering the demonic cultivators and killing Zhetian Sect's Holy Son was the path Si Zhu had chosen to clear his name.
But Zhetian Sect's Holy Son was incredibly powerful. Rumor had it that he was the most vicious disaster-beast guardian under Si Huang, cruel by nature and powerful enough to command the world.
After years of honing his resolve, Si Zhu finally ventured alone, sword in hand, into Zhetian Sect's temple to confront the Holy Son.
But there was no disaster beast there. Only a boy in his mid-teens, fast asleep by the pond, breathing softly.
Si Zhu drew his sword without hesitation.
The boy heard the sound and slowly woke up.
His round, lovely eyes fixed on Si Zhu. His pert nose twitched, and his eyes gradually reddened.
Then, barefoot, he pattered over and threw himself into Si Zhu's arms.
"Waaah, Brother Si Huang!"
"Why did you take so long to come back?"
For reasons unknown, the Holy Son Yu Xiechun's powers had weakened, turning him into an innocent boy of seventeen or eighteen.
What's more, he mistook Si Zhu for Si Huang's double.
To infiltrate Zhetian Sect and wipe it out in one fell swoop, Si Zhu had no choice but to endure the humiliation and play the double.
But being a double wasn't easy.
He had to spend lavishly to make the little Holy Son happy, shield him whenever monsters appeared, and put on the evil god's battle robes, which he despised, to pretend to be Si Huang.
He even had to endure his disgust and kiss the little Holy Son.
Most importantly, the little Holy Son was a dragon of the imperial line and had a heat cycle.
At such times, Si Zhu had to hold the flushed Yu Xiechun in his arms, grit his teeth and relieve his desires, all while listening to him sweetly call him Brother Si Huang.
Si Zhu grew to hate Si Huang more and more. He hated that Si Huang was the only one in Yu Xiechun's heart, and he hated that he could never escape this identity.
...So when the little Holy Son went into heat once again, Si Zhu viciously pinned him down in the pond and, suppressing his anger, told him the truth.
"I'm not Si Huang. That man is dead."
"The one who's been kissing you and making love to you all this time is me, Si Zhu."
"Look at me properly."
Yu Xiechun's resistance only fueled his jealousy. Si Zhu looked at the little Holy Son, trembling and crying in the pond, then turned and left without mercy.
He thought spitefully that even if Si Huang had won Yu Xiechun's heart, Yu Xiechun had been utterly defiled by him.
He had taken the evil god's lover and abandoned him.
Yet not long after Si Zhu left, on a stormy night, a crimson mark split open in the center of his forehead. Flames engulfed him as memories of his past awakened.
...The returned master of Zhetian Sect, the evil god Si Huang himself, sat upon his throne, pressing his fingers to his brow as an excruciating headache struck.
And the beautiful little dragon he'd violated while suffering from amnesia was curled up with his tail wrapped around himself, timidly touching his slightly swollen belly.
Si Huang was speechless.
He'd only lost his memory. How had he gotten Yu Xiechun pregnant?
1. One-on-one, both virgins, happy ending. Si Zhu and Si Huang have been the same person all along, and the bottom knows it.
2. A cold-faced top who says one thing and does another and does the laundry. Overall sweet and doting, with no angst in the romance.
3. The bottom is strong, too. There's a separate storyline about their past lives, and Little Chun's personality back then is a little different from how he is now.
4. The blurb is from the top's perspective, but the main story alternates evenly between both characters' perspectives, so it's labeled dual POV.
Theme: Sincere love can cross oceans and endure the passage of time.
