After a night of drunken revelry, Ye Xu, the entertainment industry's famous pretty face, wakes up in the body of Wen Zhou, a top-tier star and award-winning actor.
When he gets up and sees an unfamiliar face in the mirror, Ye Xu slowly backs into bed.
He must still be dreaming. He has to be.
After four hours of going back to sleep, Ye Xu is woken by his phone ringing.
His sweet dream interrupted, he fishes out his phone and answers impatiently.
He is about to speak when a clear, youthful voice comes through the receiver.
"Hello, this is Wen Zhou."
That wakes Ye Xu right up.
He is scared awake.
After all, hearing your own voice on the phone is about as unsettling as walking out the door and running into a ghost.
After a full half-minute of silence, he speaks hoarsely.
"Hello, this is Ye Xu."
The other's low, slightly husky voice leaves them both silent for another half-minute.
After laboriously agreeing on where to meet later, Ye Xu hangs up, pulls the blanket over his head in a flash, and silently wails.
All he did last night was joke about wanting to be an award-winning actor. Why did the heavens take him seriously?

Ye Xu thought that since his soul had crossed over, his tail and ears would come along too.
On the night of the full moon, his face flushed, he curls up at home, ready to transform and then enjoy a good night's sleep.
The clock strikes twelve, but the familiar transformation never comes. Ye Xu's heart clenches, and he grabs his phone to call Wen Zhou.
The moment the call connects, Ye Xu can't help letting out a muffled moan, the flush spreading down to the base of his neck.
He can feel someone playing with his tail in their hands.
Who else could it possibly be?!
Breathing hard, Ye Xu bites his lip and snaps, "D-don't touch my tail!"

The man's long, slender fingers trace their way to the base of his tail.
Feeling the young man's shiver, Wen Zhou lifts his chin and asks him to confirm.
"Can I touch it?"
"...Yes."
