A mermaid, a scrawny, malnourished little mermaid. That was Lu Yichuan's first impression.

If the little mermaid hadn't kept asking him stupid questions, he might have simply let this one that had slipped through the net go. But leaving a mermaid with a cognitive impairment here might mean it starved to death.

By then, the human star system's cities had issued an alert about mermaids. Hai Chen, who had landed in a poor district, didn't know this. He could only rely on the people there to ask about his people. When he found out that information about his people was in the central district, Hai Chen learned that people from the poor district weren't allowed into it.

At that moment, Hai Chen felt as if the sky had fallen. But then he learned that the military visited the poor district at certain set times, and his hope returned.

When he met Lu Yichuan again, it was completely unexpected. But with himself soaked through and looking pitiful, when an opportunity came along, no one could stop him from taking it.

Hai Chen had thought he'd need to use a few tricks to get Lu Yichuan to take him into the city. But before he could do anything, Lu Yichuan took him away.

2. The little fish is a bit weak at first, but that doesn't mean he'll stay weak. The top can be sharp-tongued at times. The bottom is acting weak to hide who he is; when it counts, he'll strike (the kind that kills outright~).

3. None of the characters are perfect.
