"Why does the dinner photo my blind date sent look exactly like the business dinner on my boss's Moments?"

"He asked what kind of boss I like? I know the answer! Anyone but Lu Jinsheng, the suited-up thug."

Zhou Yuning's best friend forced a blind date on her, but she didn't realize she'd added the wrong person.

The person she'd added was actually her boss, Lu Jinsheng, whom she constantly complained about on her personal social media account.

Even worse, she had no idea that her boss secretly checked every post she made each day:

"Lu Jinsheng looks like a peacock showing off in that designer suit today."

"The way my boss scolds people in meetings is like my high school dean, upgraded."

"If he makes me work overtime again, I'm signing him up for Love or Leave!"

Later, Lu Jinsheng pinned her against her desk. "Secretary Zhou, are you still going to sign me up for Love or Leave?"

With nowhere to retreat, Zhou Yuning blushed, her heart racing. "President Lu, you can pick from 36 female contestants. What a great chance at love."

"Aren't you worried someone else will get to your blind date first?"

"President Lu, what do you mean?"

Lu Jinsheng loosened his tie with one hand and wrapped the other around her waist, pulling her into his arms.

"Secretary Zhou, when you complained to your blind date about your boss, did it never occur to you that your blind date was your boss? Would you like me to read you your little essay about the 'suited-up thug' from September 10?"

"..." Help! Could he have seen that photoshopped meme of him as a Tibetan mastiff?

[Bonus Scene]

One day, Lu Jinsheng pinned her by the window. "Did you say I was like your high school dean, upgraded, when I scold people?"

Zhou Yuning's legs went weak, but she stayed stubborn. "President Lu, let me explain!"

He chuckled softly and bent down to kiss her. "Sure. You can explain for the rest of your life."

"Every day I see you, I want to run away, but my heart has already left a clue that it likes you."
