Divine Beast Matchmaking Center

I'm a shadow demon working at a matchmaking center for divine beasts. I have plenty of troublesome clients and problems, and I often want to run away. But I stayed for Qing Ling, the cute featherfolk girl at the desk next to mine.

There's plenty of evidence that she loves me too!

I hereby declare that we're more delightful as a couple than any of our clients!

...Our relationship keeps getting better, but one day, she disappears.

...Only after finding her do I realize that our meeting and falling in love weren't a coincidence.

(If you're curious about the twist, you can skip straight to the ending.)
