A Spy Just Needs to Do Their Job Diligently

My name is Amamiya Toki. I'm a general-purpose bionic robot.

My main job is to work with the Doctor, searching through all kinds of records left behind in the past for clues to the secrets of immortality.

The day after the Doctor left excitedly yet again, I opened my eyes in an unfamiliar room.

A long-dead corpse collapsed in the room. Perfectly normal.

A shadow suddenly breaking into the ward in the middle of the night to kill someone. Perfectly normal.

A man suddenly clutching his chest and collapsing. Perfectly normal.

Being treated as a suspect...

Are there a few too many people dying in this country?

Amamiya Toki resolved to fight for his life.

For instance, next time, he would run faster. At the very least, faster than his coworkers.

Amamiya Toki, formerly a student at Toto University, now on leave.

And never going back in this lifetime (crossed out).

After accidentally joining an international criminal organization, he's consumed by guilt:

While the others go on missions, he goes out drinking and beats up everyone who mouths off to him.

While the others go on missions, he goes street racing on his motorcycle. When someone cuts him off, he beats up that person's entire family.

While the others go on missions, he goes to the rooftop to admire the view and sees two people fighting... Oh, it's the boss. Never mind, then.

"Go on, why'd you stop?" Amamiya Toki said casually, watching the two people glaring at each other. "Actually, I didn't hear a thing."
