But as filming went on, things started to take a strange turn:

Why are the rival idols childhood friends who bicker like a couple? Why did the workplace enemies live under the same roof years ago? Why are the supposedly never-seen-together rivals each other's only costars in a production available only on cloud storage and never officially announced?

And most puzzling of all are Xie Yunchen and Chi Xishan, who seem to have had an unspoken relationship in high school...
