Cats Can't Be Wives!!

Li Li is in love. The object of his affection is a human, one with two eyes, a nose, and a mouth. And a man, at that. Some kind of domineering CEO, maybe? His name is Xu Ming?

But Li Li wasn't the one who pursued him! Xu Ming shamelessly chased after him! One day, Li Li was simply passing through an alley when he saw someone being bullied and stepped in with his claws. And then Xu Ming wouldn't leave him alone.

To persuade this little cat to come home with him, Xu Ming specially went online to learn how to make cat food. The delicious aroma made Li Li's nose twitch. Xu Ming crouched down and coaxed, "Kitty, kitty, come here."

Xu Ming even bought the apartment across the hall and turned it into a room just for cats. Li Li could bask in the sun in a comfy cat bed, with plenty of food and water always close at hand.

Li Li didn't like being petted. Whenever Xu Ming reached out, he'd hiss at him, almost swatting him with his claws. "Don't touch me!"

The great cat king rejected human pets, but Xu Ming wasn't the least bit angry. He was simply very patient with him.

Later, a gang of cat and dog thieves showed up in the neighborhood. Li Li was captured along with his subjects while trying to save them. He used his wits to rescue them all, but because of what happened, he also transformed into a human in front of Xu Ming.

Xu Ming knew Li Li was no ordinary cat, since he was so clever. He'd even wondered if Li Li was a little cat demon, but he'd never imagined that Li Li was a cat demon who could turn into a human!

After transforming, Li Li put on a brave front, though he was terrified. "Don't you dare take me away for experiments!"

But Xu Ming not only didn't send him off for experiments, he treated him even better than before and sent him to school!

Can cats go to school too? Li Li was stunned!

And so Li Li started going to school...

Much, much later...

Xu Ming confessed his feelings. Li Li was shocked, but somehow it also felt perfectly natural. In all their time together, he'd gradually fallen for Xu Ming.

The little cat finally understood. When Xu Ming was happy, he was happy too. When Xu Ming was sad, he was sad too. Seeing Xu Ming get close to someone else made him uncomfortable, and seeing Xu Ming bullied made him angry.

He liked kissing Xu Ming, cuddling up to him, and being petted by him.
