Back to the Nineties to Raise Myself

At twenty-five, Zhao Di has only a middle school education, no house or car, and has spent ten years on an assembly line. In the end, she is fired for rejecting her supervisor's advances.

Lost and with nowhere to turn, she unexpectedly transmigrates twenty years into the past and meets her five-year-old self.

Skin and bones, she huddles behind the stove to tend the fire while her grandmother twists her ear and calls her a "money-losing burden."

No one knows better than Zhao Di what this girl will go through:

Dropping out of school, taking menial jobs, having no stable home, and getting nowhere in life.

Zhao Di makes a bold decision.

She adopts little Zhao Di.

From spicy snacks to fairy dresses, from butterfly hair clips to a brand-new desk, Zhao Di wants to give her younger self the best things in the world.

But she never expected that she would be the one to get a new life, too!
