Sweet, gentle strategist heroine x proud, cold-hearted Beijing socialite hero
Rekindled love / bittersweet push and pull / mutually playing hard to get / reunion after years apart

There's no one at Nan University who doesn't know Pu Yunian.
A young master from Beijing's elite circles, handsome and refined, proud and carefree, like the moon in the sky, impossible to touch or reach.
Zhu Chunyi really started paying attention to him during the first semester of her sophomore year.
It was raining hard that night. She stood in a corner, watching a girl he'd rejected bite her lip and dash into the rain.
He didn't even raise his eyes. Just like all the rumors about him said, he was cold and heartless.
She was about to leave when the man, who'd been leaning over to light a cigarette, suddenly looked up.
He'd noticed her.

Later, their names came up again and again on the university forum.
One was a carefree young master; the other, a quiet, reserved top student.
There was no way they could have anything romantic between them.
But no one knew that every Friday night, she got into the car heading for a villa halfway up the mountain, whose owner was none other than Pu Yunian.
They kissed in the snow, watched shooting stars from the mountaintop, and crossed half the globe to welcome spring early.
Until she sent him a message
“Pu Yunian, spring is almost over. Let's end things here, too.”
-
Years later, they met again at a wedding.
Pu Yunian sat amid the crowd, with a beautiful woman beside him, laughing and chatting as if he hadn't noticed Zhu Chunyi at all.
At the table, someone had a little too much to drink and brought up their past. Silence fell over the room.
He swirled his glass and looked up at her, his voice so flat it held not a trace of emotion. “That's all in the past.”
Zhu Chunyi smiled and raised her glass from across the room. “You're right, Mr. Pu.”
She lowered her head and drank it all. The liquor tasted bitter and sharp.
It was raining again.
She'd just turned down a male coworker's kind offer when a black SUV pulled up in front of her. She knew the license plate all too well.
She turned to leave.
The rear window rolled down.
“Get in.”
She didn't move. Looking back, she smiled politely. “Didn't you say it was all in the past, Mr. Pu?”
Pu Yunian lounged in his seat, his arm resting on the window frame. After a moment, his gaze settled on her, dark and intent.
“Zhu Chunyi.”
Each word cut through the cold veil of rain.
“When you get soaked, I worry about you. Is that good enough?”

Winter's almost over, and spring has come.
Zhu Chunyi, let's be together year after year, through every season, not just spring.
