[Western Crossover] The Black-and-White Knight's Grand Adventure in the West

To save the plot of Final Fantasy XIV from getting more and more pathetic after patch 5.0, and to keep herself from being written into a complete mess, the great Hydaelyn carefully selected a player reincarnated as a temporary worker, the Warrior of Light, from among the many FFXIV fanatics. She sends them to various worlds to absorb the power of storytelling!

The Dark Knight and the White Knight declare that they will never be separated in this life. “Hydaelyn, you figure it out.” Hydaelyn says, “Okay, no problem,” and sends the couple to the legendary world of the most heartbreaking romance: the Marvel and DC universes.

And so the knight crashes into a Gotham harbor and witnesses an illegal arms deal, while the dark knight lands in New York City, where Iron Man is throwing an outdoor light show party.

Main quest issued! Take part in the story in a meaningful way and become a major character no one can ignore!

The knight puts on the hammer mentor icon and hammers out enough burst potions to last the Batfamily a year, along with a full set of pentamelded gear that won’t wear out for a year.

Batman says, “You’re so strong. Who are you, really?”

The knight draws a sword and lands a critical hit with Blade of Redemption. “I’m just an ordinary crafting and gathering mentor.”

The dark knight equips the sword mentor icon, hoists a greatsword, and climbs onto a mount. Looking at the map, they marvel:

“Good heavens, do I get to take on all these A-rank and S-rank hunts by myself?”

Hannibal, newly arrived in New York; HYDRA, lurking in the sewers; and the dark mage who has just emerged from the circle of sparks!

If you’re wondering why these two can’t help drawing their weapons when the Joker appears in front of them,

come on, what player could turn down this kill achievement!

Note before reading: I am firmly committed to a mom-friend portrayal of the White Knight and to the Dark Knight/White Knight pairing. If that’s not your thing, no worries.

Theme: Value your time and stay away from games.
