Wei Erlong's Detective Conan Growth Diary

[Most likely going to switch to another world... Let me think about it.]

Wei Weilong is an amnesiac black dragon.

He has eight blood-red eyes, sharp white teeth, and a strong, beautiful tail.

But Wei Weilong's upper body is all blurry: both of his horns are broken halfway off, his wings droop limply behind him, and even his front paws are smaller than his hind paws!

"...Front paws are supposed to be smaller than hind paws."

Wei Weilong's favorite, favorite, favorite caretaker reassured him,

"Besides, you're so cute like this, Paul. Soft and chubby. You look like a healthy little dragon."

Wei Weilong swished his tail. He didn't like being called chubby, but his caretaker would gather him into a soft embrace and gaze at him tenderly with beautiful green eyes, so Wei Weilong decided to forgive him.

And besides, Wei Weilong also had a little secret he felt guilty about keeping from his caretaker. A voice he didn't much like told him that if he followed the mission, he would grow faster and taller, and then he could wrap his caretaker up in his arms.

Wei Weilong decided to try it without his caretaker knowing.

In a busy amusement park, the little black dragon crouched on a wall. With a swift swipe of his paw, he knocked out a man giving off a foul smell, then crushed the unknown electronic component in his arms.

Police cars raced by with sirens blaring. The enormous claw mark from an unidentified creature on the face of the man known as the "bomber" became the subject of a new investigation.

At the entrance to the amusement park not far away, Lan Bo held the little black dragon, disguised as a stuffed toy, and weighed him in his arms with some puzzlement.

"Paul? Have you gotten bigger?"

Heh heh

Proud light shone from all eight of Wei Weilong's red eyes, but the intelligence agent from another world looked worried.

"Looks like I'll have to feed you less."

"...???"

Wei Weilong had failed spectacularly.

Reader's note and warnings

[Ironclad dismantling of ships. Please don't mention rival ships or ship wars in my comments.]

▲ No side pairings besides Wei and Lan.

▲ Very little use of supernatural powers, apart from the dragon himself.

▲ Lots of headcanon.

▲ Probably a short story.

▲ The characters belong to zwkfk and qsgc. I retain the final right to interpret the full text.
