[Crossover] A Fake Doctor in the Nineteenth Century

Charlie Sinclair transmigrated to the nineteenth century.

She begged on the streets with a broken bowl, dressed in rags and with messy hair, shivering in London's freezing wind. Whether she would survive the night was anyone's guess.

Charlie decided to take action at once and deal with her identity first.

A forger took all her savings. After preparing a complete set of papers, he threw in a pharmacist's license for free.

Charlie, language major: ...

After being forced into the job, Charlie witnessed all kinds of bizarre medical practices. Baby tooth powder contained the heavy metal mercury, contraception meant wearing a weasel's testicles, and people paid a fortune to try electroshock therapy after a breakup.

Charlie was speechless. Charlie wanted a new line of work.

If anyone was going to make dirty money, it might as well be her.

Before long, Charlie became the most successful pharmaceutical entrepreneur around.

A new tenant moved into an apartment on Pall Mall. Mycroft's new neighbor was Miss Sinclair, who was always causing a sensation in the papers.

So he started making sure to eat an apple every day.

Mycroft: So many people are asking Miss Sinclair for treatment that I have no plans to join them for now.
