Little Fool

Kindhearted Xia Yang found an unconscious man while collecting recyclables and brought him home. He had planned to help and take care of the man properly.

But he was limited in what he could do. When he cooked, he either burned the food or added too much salt. When he helped apply medicine, he accidentally touched the wound. Even the clothes he washed never came out very clean. In short, he kept making things worse while trying to help.

But Jin Chenghuai, picked up by the little fool, silently looked at the burnt food and ate two bowls as if he had no sense of taste, even praising how delicious it was.

Seeing the little fool's skinny arms and legs, Jin Chenghuai, despite never having lifted a finger around the house, quietly took over all the chores: laundry, cooking, and cleaning. He also began the long process of feeding the little fool until he was well-fed.

So when his subordinates finally found their boss, they discovered he had mastered every household chore imaginable.

They stared, dumbfounded, as Jin Chenghuai skillfully scrubbed clothes while listening to their work report, all the while nagging the little fool like a mother. "Yangyang, dinner will be ready soon. Stop sneaking snacks, or you won't be able to eat later."

Subordinates: !!!

Is this really our cold-blooded boss?

Jin Chenghuai shot them a cold look.

The subordinates stood bolt upright. "We must be seeing things."
