A tongue-tied, robotic little dog of a bottom x a self-deluding, overthinking top
Zhu Letao has a rich young master for a roommate.
The young master is pampered and bad-tempered, and always makes Zhu Letao do things for him as if it’s his due.
He tells Zhu Letao to wait for him before class, keep him company at meals, and even drags him along to the restroom.
Zhu Letao is too tongue-tied to learn how to say no.
After hearing the young master pretend not to care and mention countless times that he’s never received a Christmas present, Zhu Letao buys him a scarf.
The young master looks delighted, hugs Zhu Letao, and gives him a kiss.
Zhu Letao is terrified.
After a long pause, he asks timidly, “...Can friends kiss, too?”

Lu Yi is handsome and rich, and has been surrounded by countless admirers all his life.
On the day he first meets Zhu Letao, Lu Yi notices that Zhu Letao keeps sneaking glances at him.
He thinks to himself, Zhu Letao really did fall in love with me at first sight!
At an animal rescue club event, Zhu Letao is even more brazen in declaring his love.
He deliberately stands very close, his scent wafting into Lu Yi’s nose.
“The puppy told me to tell you that you’re handsome.”
Lu Yi stares at Zhu Letao’s pretty lips as they move.

And of course he knows the puppy couldn’t possibly be the one complimenting him. It must be the shy Zhu Letao.
After all, Zhu Letao can’t understand what dogs say.
Zhu Letao is cute, but Lu Yi is straight.
Zhu Letao may have rosy lips, pearly teeth, delicate features, and a kind heart, but Lu Yi really is straight!
After Zhu Letao persistently pursues him, Lu Yi’s conviction that he’s straight begins to waver, and he relents and agrees to date Zhu Letao.
He just never expected Zhu Letao to look innocent and naive but actually be a total heartbreaker.
He steals Lu Yi’s first kiss but refuses to take responsibility, and keeps saying things that Lu Yi doesn’t understand just to annoy him.
Lu Yi is about to die of rage.
Even though Zhu Letao says such heartless things, Lu Yi is willing to give his newly appointed boyfriend a chance to reform.
“I’ll pretend I didn’t hear that this time. Don’t say anything so hurtful again.”
