Me, Too Frail to Take Care of Myself

*

In his previous life, Su Qifeng indulged himself in worldly pleasures, his temper still unchecked. He missed someone and regretted it deeply.

Later, he cut through the ranks of immortals, knelt down, and bowed three times, casting off all his arrogance just to beg that person to return.

In this life, Su Qifeng emerges from seclusion early and gets saddled by the Heavenly Dao with a "I'm too frail to take care of myself, so I need a hug to recover my spiritual power" System. After a string of fateful encounters, he meets that person again.

At their first meeting, he tumbles headfirst into Gu Yanning's arms.

Clutching his chest, with big, expressive eyes and a pitiful look, he sobs, "Waaah! Immortal, my chest hurts so much."

Gu Yanning: "..."

The next time they meet, Su Qifeng leans against a tree, then lets the wind topple his tall frame, putting on a performance of "a willow bending in the breeze." He says, "Immortal, you've already held me. How can you abandon me now? Boo-hoo."

Gu Yanning, whose expression had been perfectly calm, looks like his face is about to crack.

Later, when Gu Yanning is gravely injured, Su Qifeng squeezes out a few crocodile tears and weeps like a tearful beauty. "Immortal Gu, I have no way to repay you for saving my worthless life. Why don't I offer myself to you?"

Gu Yanning simply closes his eyes, unable to bear it.
