My Loyal Blood Slave

For the sake of an entire city's people, Min Weichen stood up Ruan Qingzhu.

Ruan Qingzhu waited until the day she died for her hero to rescue her from danger, but he never came. She died in the bitter winter of her seventeenth year.

Ten years later, she returned to the mortal world as a blood demon who fed on human blood, her soul imbued with a violent nature.

Ruan Qingzhu wanted only to keep her head down and survive, but unexpectedly, she crossed paths with someone from her past.

Min Weichen offered no excuses. He meekly endured all the torments Ruan Qingzhu inflicted on him. In unbearable pain, he sank to his knees, lifted his head, and bared his long, vulnerable neck to her.

His soft-spoken words were meant to please, yet sounded like a bewitching temptation: "Didn't you say my blood was sweet? Don't hold back. Have some more."

Unable to resist Min Weichen's deliberate enticement, Ruan Qingzhu drank her fill of his delicious, sweet blood, and from then on, he stuck to her and could not be shaken off.

Whether she mocked him with cutting sarcasm or gave him a hard time in every way, Min Weichen always accepted it with calm patience.

Only when Ruan Qingzhu tried to sever their ties and part ways for good did Min Weichen's eyes turn red.

He said, "You can think of me as a hypocrite who chases fame, or believe I'm hurting and punishing myself to find peace. Think whatever you want. I only ask you to take pity on me. Please?"

He said, "If you won't take pity on me, then at least don't forgive me."
