A Very Private Matter

[Blurb]

Shi Keqi got the person she never should have been able to have, only to lose him again.

She was determined to get revenge, because she couldn't let the matter rest. But in the end, she discovered that Zou Huan, the real culprit, had never wanted to fight back in the first place.

With the debt and guilt wiped clean and a chance to start over, Shi Keqi finally dared to admit that Zou Huan was actually her ideal type.

[Short scene]

In all her life, Shi Keqi had only ever been this hysterical with one person.

Her face twisted with rage, she said whatever came to mind, wanting only to hurt him badly. "Zou Huan, you're truly shameless."

Zou Huan looked at her quietly and said, "I admit that liking you makes me a shameless idiot, and pursuing you makes me a pathetic simp. I admit it all. Is that enough?"

His words left Shi Keqi speechless for a moment.

Seeing that she seemed to have calmed down a little, Zou Huan stepped closer and lowered his voice. It sounded more like a plea than a question. "If you want, I can keep apologizing. As many times as it takes. So, could you try to forgive me?"

[Additional notes]

>> A love-hate relationship, risking your life for love. For entertainment only; don't imitate.

>> The strong leads refers mainly to the way the male and female leads clash and trade blows throughout their relationship.

>> A deeply painful romance. The male lead suffers most, but the female lead doesn't just watch from the sidelines; she gets burned, too.

>> Devoted love refers specifically to the male lead's devotion to the female lead. The male lead is the second person in the female lead's life in every sense.

>> Locked chapters need major revisions. I'll update once I've built up a stock of chapters, or I might run out of ideas halfway through.

Theme: Everyone has an obsession.
