[Bonus scene]
After taking a bite of Jiang Cuicui's cooking, the Hundred-Eyed Snake Monster bursts into tears and nearly floods her restaurant. Only Jiang Cuicui's forceful "comforting" gets it to stop.
Hundred-Eyed Snake Monster: What is this dish? It's so delicious I want to cry. Could it be that legendary delicacy!? My little one tastes so good. (Proud)
In the monster's eyes, it's just a bloody pile of Juicy Redfruit Blossom mixed with snake eggs. But in Jiang Cuicui's eyes, it's something else entirely.
Jiang Cuicui (holding her forehead): It's tomato and egg stir-fry.
Reading guide:
1. Lots of personal worldbuilding, bizarre and slightly scary, with all kinds of strange recipes.
2. A whole menagerie of monsters (some appearances are inspired by real-life creatures or strange ideas). The heroine is the only human.
3. The monster world's bizarre, twisted worldview means food is everywhere and the strong prey on the weak. Otherwise, it's basically no different from the human world, like a parallel world (though not all that parallel).
4. The heroine is an unusual kind of everyone-loves-her character, but has no interest in romance and only wants to cook. The author's cooking skills are in a state of Schrodinger's cat, so please forgive any oddities in the recipes.
